Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement has been concluded electronically between VİSİOSOFT TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (Seller) and the customer (Buyer) who places an order through the website.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, and terms of use of the products and/or services ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Order and Payment

The Buyer accepts that the information provided during the order is accurate. The product/service fee is collected using the method selected on the payment screen, and the process starts after order confirmation.

4. Delivery and Performance

For digital products and software services, delivery is made by providing electronic access or account activation. For physical products, delivery time and conditions are specified in the order summary.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within the scope of applicable legislation. However, for services instantly performed electronically, software with delivered license keys, and products-services specially prepared for a person/institution, the right of withdrawal may be limited under legal exceptions.

6. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this agreement, applicable Turkish law shall govern. The parties accept the jurisdiction of the relevant consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
