Return Policy

1. General Principles
Return requests are evaluated according to the order type (software, service, hardware) and contract scope. The Buyer must submit the return request in writing.
2. Software and Digital Services
For digital products/services where a license key has been delivered, account activation has been completed, or performance has started, returns are evaluated in line with applicable legal exceptions and contractual provisions.
3. Hardware Products
For hardware products, returns are subject to the condition that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Warranty procedures are additionally applied in case of manufacturing defects or malfunctions.
4. Return Process
- The return request is submitted by email.
- The request is reviewed in terms of the contract and product/service type.
- For eligible returns, approval information is provided to the Buyer in writing.
- After return approval, the amount is refunded to the Buyer within the legally compliant period, considering the payment method.
5. Exceptions
The right of return for products produced/adapted specifically for a person or institution, installation and integration services, and instantly performed digital services may be subject to legal and contractual exceptions.
